Teach Tearmainn’s Freephone Helpline offers confidential information and support to women (and their friends & family) who are experiencing, or have experienced, domestic violence.

Our Helpline provides:

• Emotional support
• Practical support
• Safety planning & Risk assessment
• Information & advocacy
• Referrals to Teach Tearmainn Support Service
• Signposting to external service providers
• Helpline is the first point of contact to the service.
• A safe space for women to speak about what is going on for them, validate their experiences and explain what services we provide and refer to any services the woman identifies as something she would like to avail of
