Own my life
This course is an innovative, creative and educational 12-week course for women. It supports women in regaining ownership of their lives when they have been subjected to abuse or violence by partner. This is done through short videos, structured discussions, group and individual activities, and a comprehensive learning journal.
TLC Kidz
The TLC KIDZ programme is an early intervention approach for children and young people aged (5 – 18 years) who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. Child and mother groups are run concurrently for a 12 week period.
Coffee mornings
This support brings women experiencing domestic abuse together in a safe environment and encourages people to share their experiences with one another.
Star Weaving Workshops
We run star weaving workshops with women across Kildare, creating welcoming spaces where participants can:
- Learn the art of weaving the symbolic eight-pointed star
- Connect with other women in a supportive, creative environment
- Share stories, experiences, and laughter in a safe space
- Contribute to powerful public displays that represent unity and resilience
These workshops are about more than learning a new craft, they are about healing, empowerment, and belonging. Each star woven becomes part of a collective statement: that together, we can weave a brighter, more peaceful future.
