If you are experiencing abuse from a former partner, current partner or family member, Teach Tearmainn’s Outreach Service can support you.

We provide practical and emotional support to women who are being subjected to Domestic Violence and Abuse. We provide support to you on a One-to-One basis. We also provide women’s support groups, should you be interested in participating in a group program which focuses on healing from abusive relationships.

Outreach support is a free, non-judgmental support service provided to you on a one-to-one basis in our Outreach Centre in Naas or at one of our Outreach Clinics in different locations in County Kildare. This includes Kildare Town, Athy and Newbridge.

We aim to help support you by providing information and support in relation to domestic abuse. You do not need to leave your relationship to access this service. We will support you in whatever decisions you make for your life and your relationship. We will also work alongside you to help you identify your support needs and safety plans for you and your children. This service is not counselling, the outreach support is specialised in relation to domestic abuse, and we can offer emotional and practical support to you in relation to this issue.
